The South of France, an organic wine paradise

The large region of Languedoc-Roussillon in the southwest of France is considered to be a pioneer in the production of organic wine. This is also where some of the most successful French wines in the extensive Delinat range come from. With their biodiversity projects, wine producers like Louis Fabre and the Lignères brothers not only press some outstanding wines but also ensure that there is a diversity of life in their vineyards.
